Tips for the Holding Hand pose.
- Practise your pose.
- Use the biggest bag in the kit
- Use a large bowl or bucket to mix in.You need room to whisk
- Use 10 cups of body temperature water and the whole bag of mould mix
- Vigorously whisk till light pink and thick like yoghurt
- Pour it into the bag and insert your hands. Give them a squish around to release bubbles
- Make sure you are not touching the sides or the bottom
- Make your pose and hold still. Wait till firm and white (5mins)
- To release rock wrist so the mould separates from your skin around the wrist
- Pour a little water in. This helps release the suction on your fingers
- Gently and slowly remove one hand at a time
- Rinse with a bit more water
- Follow plaster directions in kit
